1. Serena's Slam
Many of us know Serena from her moment of breakthrough to winning titles after titles. Last week, she won her 6th Wimbledon title and 21st Grand Slam. But of course, like many of know, not everyone will be happy with your success and J.K Rowling had to put some 'idiot' in their place after body shaming Serena for being 'built like a man.'

4. Misty Copeland Makes History
Ballerina, Misty Copeland makes history by being named the first African-American female principal at American Ball Theatre in New York recently.
