After wrapping up a great year, thanks to help from so many incredible women who support For Women to Women - I wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU! We owe much of our growth to you. Through our Twitter Chat #FWTWchat  we have shared and learned so much from each other - I can't begin to tell you how impactful Tuesdays are because of you!

Also, last year I got the opportunity to meet so many of you and was glad we could connect in-person. This year, I hope the connections strengthen and we continue to grow together as we work towards our goals and fulfill our purpose.

As you go forward with hopes of growing, being better and achieving some of your biggest goals - take some time to identify women in your community who you can connect with and who can help you to grow to the next level. Also, don't forget to give as much as you want to receive - create new relationships and invest in maintaining them. With every goal you have remember there is someone who can help you to accomplish that goal. Identify support groups, networks and conferences you can be a part of this year and invest in them.

This year kicked off with so many magically moments for women, from Essence Magazine's the #BlackGirlMagic feature, some of our favourite women in our community Zim of Travel Noire and Kimberly of For Harriet plus many others listed as Forbes 30 Under 30, Zendaya named the new face of CoverGirl as well as Taraji P. Henson taking home the Golden Globes - there are so many magical moments to inspire us to keep going! And let's not forget to be grateful for the small moments as much as we are grateful for the grand ones.

Here's to another FANTASTIC year and making our dreams a reality.

Let me know some of the most inspiring moments of 2016 so far that has inspired you to win big this year!  I'd love to hear.

Xx, Carey - @mscareylee - Founder of FWTW
